PIN GRADING:
A GRADE
These are the best of the bunch! As all pins are handmade, they may have minor flaws - including, but not limited to: light scuffing, small scratches, slight misaligned printing, slight under-filled enamel, minimal errant glitter or dust, etc.
B GRADE
These pins contain imperfections that aren’t noticeable from an arm’s length - including, but not limited to: small bubbles, bigger areas of under-filled enamel, scratches, scuffing, etc.
C GRADE
These pins contain more obvious flaws including, small areas of missing screen print or enamel, small areas of cracked enamel, deeper scratches and gouges in the enamel, etc.
SECONDS
I do hold onto seconds if I believe them to be lower quality than C. They will be for sale at a later date!
TRADING/RESELLING POLICY:
I don’t have any particular rules about trading/reselling. Once the pin is in your possession, you are free to do as you wish. That being said, I strongly discourage buying a pin just to resell. If there is enough interest in a pin, I will likely bring it back in a new variant!
REFUNDS:
I do not accept cancelations of preorders. Please only purchase an item if you want it!
I do not offer full refunds on pins. Partial refunds may be given for grading errors.
For all other merchandise, partial to full refunds may be given if merchandise is considered defective.

SHIPPING
Please shoot me an email if you want orders combined with both order numbers! I will pack and ship orders within a week of the order being placed! Be sure to look out for updates on my story.
For UK/EU buyers: I do ship pins to the UK/EU, but I am not responsible for any taxes or fees that may occur from the shipment of your order!
I am unfortunately unable to ship plushes to the EU due to the European Union Toy Safety Directive.
